How do I sign up for the new affiliate tool?
You can sign up directly with our new affiliate tool called Impact Radius here, then just follow the instructions.
Where do I see my successfully referred customers?
When you log in to Impact Radius, your performance overview is displayed in your dashboard. Under Snapshot you can see a graph that shows your sales and sign-ups from the past week. This gives you a great overview of your performance. You can change the time period as required.
You can also view your sales using the reports. Select “Reports” in the Impact Radius dashboard navigation bar, and choose the last menu item “All Reports”.
You can easily access all available reports. Depending on which reports are of interest to you, you can add them to the drop-down list for easier access later.
How do I receive my commission?
Your account balance is displayed in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Click this to view the Earnings section.
You can choose between the following payment methods:
1. Electronic payment (transfer to your bank account)
2. PayPal (2% of the administration fees for up to 35 euros)
You can also choose between the following payment frequencies:
1. Payment when a certain threshold value is reached:
You can specify an amount (minimum 10 euros) which, when reached, will automatically trigger the payment.
2. You can schedule your payments periodically, for example, on the 1st or 15th of each month.
How do I receive my performance reports?
Click “Reports” in the Impact Radius dashboard navigation bar, and choose the last menu item “All Reports”.
You can easily access all available reports using this link. To read a report, simply click the name of the report; you’re then automatically redirected to the report analysis.
If you want to add a report to the “Reports” drop-down list, you can do this by clicking the “Add to Reports Dropdown” option. Depending on which reports are of interest to you, you can add them to the drop-down list for easier access later.
How do I create a link?
Log in to your dashboard, and click the link icon in the menu bar on the left. A new dialog box opens in which you can enter the link name, the landing page, and the associated link. Then click “Create” to finish.
How do I change my login details (email and password)?
Your Impact profile contains all your personal information. This also includes your login details, such as your login email address and associated password. To change this information, open the profile settings, which you can find in the bottom left corner of the dashboard. Click the icon, and select “Edit Profile”. You can now change all your settings. And that’s it!
I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?
To reset your password, click “Forgot Password or Username?” on the login page.
Then enter the email address associated with your user account. Impact will send you instructions by email explaining how to reset your password and access your account.
Please note:
If you enter your data incorrectly three times, your account will be blocked. In this case, please contact Impact to verify your identity. Please send an email to support@impact.com with details of your accounts and/or the associated email address.
What are pending actions and where can I view them?
Click Balance in the top right corner of your dashboard to open the drop-down menu. Now choose the “Pending Actions” option. A new page opens which displays your pending actions. Pending actions are all actions that have not yet reached the action lock date. As soon as an action is locked, the payment changes from “Tracked but not approved” to “Approved but not due” under “(Available) Balance”. Once an action has been locked, it is authorized in the payment schedule period as soon as the payment has reached the minimum threshold.
